We are currently seeking a Network Support Specialist to join our team in Mexico.

**Position overview**
- Provides daily maintenance and High Priority Incident /Problem resolution for Network related issues.
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves problems affecting network performance
- Works in conjunction with senior level team members to plan, schedule and implement necessary changes in client's network infrastructure to improve its stability and performance.
**Position's General Duties and Tasks**:

- Experience in editing technical documentation, ability to read and interpret network diagrams and knowledge of trouble ticketing
- Analyze data traffic patterns within network infrastructure, detecting operational problems.
- Proactively identify symptoms and instabilities in a timely and accurate manner to include performing analysis, capacity planning, and testing for org.
- Hands on experience on managing device through CLI & GUI both
- Understanding of Enterprise level of Network Operations
- Operate and maintain LAN / WAN equipment and its related service
- Network Installation: Plans and monitors the installation of network systems (Switches and WiFi Devices).
- Troubleshoots diagnoses and resolves network problems.
- Analyzes facilities bandwidth requirements and system interdependencies. Develops capacity planning models.
- Evaluates services provided by vendors and recommends changes.
**Qualifications**

**Must have Skills**:

- Full understanding of WAN/LAN networking including design elements and protocol interoperability. - 7+ Years of experience
- Strong Knowledge of network operation devices such as routers, switches and Wireless controllers. - 7+ Years of experience.
- Aruba and Cisco Vendors knowledge - 5 Years of experience
- Knowledge and skills in ITIL Library - 3 Years
