**Responsibilities**:
Guide clients through real estate transactions from start to finish with tasks like:

- Expertly navigating the local housing market
- Create custom home searches
- Take buyers on Home Tours
- Take listings from sellers
- Negotiate repairs to get your client the best deal
- Host open houses

**Qualifications**:

- Eager and excited to give your clients a positive friendly experience
- Self-motived while working remotely
- Ability to navigate software programs easily
- Tennessee real estate license or ability to get one
- Friendly and professional
- Motivated and driven to make some serious money
- Comfortable talking on the phone daily to clients
- Consistent customer service

Pay: $70,420.51 - $205,160.33 per year
