RESPONSIBILITIES
- Desarrollar la estrategia del territorio para cumplir con los objetivos de crecimiento en Galones, Net Sales y CM.
- Preparar e implementar un plan de negocios (Sherplan), hacer revisiones periódicas y actualizaciones de acuerdo a las necesidades del mercado.
- Establecer una estrategia de precios y Product-Mix que asegure el ASP y CM del territorio.
- Planning - Identificar oportunidades de negocio. Realizar el mapa de la cuenta. Selling externo (Estrategia, Regulación ). Selling interno (Tienda, DSC, crédito...) Customer Service (Cliente, Tienda, DSC )
- Detectar y gestionar proyectos de construcción nueva y realizar/coordinar la especificación con el PDM.
- Gestionar la venta de productos P&M en proyectos de construcción (CapEx), procesos de fabricación y necesidades de mantenimiento (MRO)..
- Mantener un enfoque de “Customer Service” orientado a generar el forecast de ventas por producto, monitorear el inventario, gestionar las OdeC y coordinar las entregas, a través de la coordinación con todas las áreas funcionales de la compañía GSC, R&D, Finanzas, Product Management, Product Services.
- Monitorear la competitividad del portafolio principal del territorio. Realizar comparativas de mercado que nos permita protegernos y/o anticiparnos a las iniciativas de la competencia. Gestionar la participación activa de Product Management y/o R&D.
- Generar nuevas oportunidades con prospectos que cumplan las expectativas de crecimiento.
- Plasmar la planeación, la actividad y la gestión de oportunidades en el CRM (SFDC)
QUALIFICATIONS
FORMAL EDUCATION:
- Título de licenciatura o ingeniería en un campo relacionado
- Especialización a nívelo Diplomado o Maestría en área comercial.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Experiência en gestión de cuentas claves
- Experiência en recubrimientos de protección (anticorrosiva)
