For more information you can Now we are looking for this position: **BRAND CONTENT STRATEGIC PLANNER MANAGER** **Main Purpose** This unique role will help lead content creative strategies and content creation within the GBS Content Development for our Food Portfolio (Frito-Lay) and Quaker US. This person will be our innovation and digital / social guru, responsible for helping to usher in best practices from across technology platforms and have an eye for identifying when something could be disruptive in the different media and POS spaces. This role will have responsibility across the full portfolio of Frito Lay and Quaker Foods North America brands helping to bring our consumer to the front, identifying insights to bring big ideas to be more connected with our consumers, also they will partner with different creative art directors, copywriters, account teams, brand teams, among others. **Responsibilities**: Accountabilities are statements of the important end results which the job must achieve. These statements should relate to an end result or objective which must be accomplished and against which some measurement of performance can be applied. Practical Tips: - Lead internal creative and strategic initiatives that integrate insights and creative best practices for brands. - Manage team of creative copywriters in the development and execution of content for our brands. - Partner with outside agencies and technology platform partners to ensure proper execution and best in class learnings. - Help to build out an “in-house” team of creative experts that will be responsible for executing creative vision across multiple brands and platforms Qualifications: - 5+ years’ experience in an agency or platform creative and media role. - Balance of both social and digital creative experience with broad brand marketing capabilities in CPG and other categories. - Experience in content marketing, brand development, digital innovation, shopper marketing and/or consumer insights. - Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity. Demonstrated ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything. - Proven collaboration abilities along with strategic thinking and creative development skills. - Deep understanding of marketing strategy and ability to develop marketing tactics that deliver on brand objectives. - Creative thinker who can bring a brand voice to life across marketing vehicles and develop breakthrough marketing ideas. - Big picture, strategic thinking, coupled with results orientation; proven track record of strong tactical execution. - Ability to tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages and present in a visual and compelling way. - People management experience leading and inspiring teams of creative and digital professionals. - Entrepreneurial mindset - willing to roll up your sleeves and creatively stretch budgets along with being a creator themselves. - Purposeful brand leader: must be able to build compelling narratives around brands’ purpose and translating that into action that builds business. - Proven ability to interact with senior level management across functions to deliver against strategic digital engagement goals.
