**Job Description**:
As an Associate Manager, you will lead financial planning agenda and provide analytical support to Management by:

- Overseeing financial results performance to ensure delivery against targets, including cash flow management.
- Leading financial AOP, forecasting process and FP&A agenda.
- Supporting the strategic planning process with diagnosis and assessment of strategic priorities.
- Assessing the economics of business development initiatives and projects.
- Interacting with all functional areas providing financial support.
- Leading development of business reviews.
- Provide detailed reports to the cost center´s owners to manage their expenses.
- Partner with FPA& LATAM for LATAM consolidation
- Review the monthly accruals.
- Monthly Balance sheet and P&L review process
- Accounting reconciliation review + monitoring internal control process
- Cash flow management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Business/Finance/Engineering Background).
- ** At least 5 years of experience in FP&A/Finance.**:

- Experience in Pharmaceutical, medical devices or consumer industry (must).
- Ability to communicate well with senior management, corporate level, peers and staff.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Understanding of Control, SOX, US GAAP, statutory requirements, sales and income taxes.
- Fluency in English.
- Ex Big Four - It will be a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in accounting area.
- Experience working for a multinational company.
