**About Brillio**:
We are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to oversee the delivery of services to our clients. The Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for managing the coordination, communication, and execution of service delivery activities to ensure that our clients receive high-quality services within the agreed-upon timeline.

Plan, manage, and monitor the execution of service delivery activities, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Ensure that service delivery processes are documented, communicated, and followed by all parties involved.

Serve as liaison between business groups and Delivery Partners: Quality, Training, Engineering, Customer Service.

Create, update, document and implement: Projects, Knowledge Articles (KAs), Trainings documentation, Scorecards, KPIs

To succeed, this role’s responsibilities would involve:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management.

3+ years of experience in service delivery management or coordination.

Proven experience in managing complex service delivery projects and activities.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Experience with customer service, client relationship management, and conflict resolution.
