As a SITE MANAGER, you will lead customer support activities, supporting sales strategies to grow PPG's share in the local market. You will manage the use of human, technical and material resources to achieve the main goals of the business always conducted under the highest ethical values and applicable corporate policies. You will report to Optima Solutions Manager. **Key Responsibilities** - Prepare and lead the Expense Budget, implementing cost reduction programs ensuring the profitability of the business. - Facilitate the plans and actions of the Technical Service team in the Control and Improvement of systems. - Maintain good relations with the client at all levels supporting their business plans by aligning them with the PPG plan. - Design Annual Business Plan aligned with PPG and Customer goals; Facilitate and oversee its fulfillment. - Lead the Continuous Improvement Process by questioning the different processes with the technical team in charge. - Manage the Development of the personnel in charge. - Ensure compliance with all applicable Ethics, Safety and Policy guidelines for PPG and the Client. - Coordinate Billing, Inventory Management and Supply Chain activities. - Maintain the profitability of the contracts through the accurate administration of these. **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s in Engineering with minimum 5 years of ability in coatings. - Knowledge of coatings and paints - Quality tools - Personnel administration. - Fluent English **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we own it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
