Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Desarrollar, actualizar y aplicar políticas y procedimientos para lograr el cumplimiento de la normativa aduanera y comercial de EE.UU./México.
- Supervisar el proceso de clasificación de todos los productos, las determinaciones del país de origen, las evaluaciones y la valoración para garantizar el pago exacto de derechos e impuestos a las aduanas de EE.UU. y México. Desarrollar programas internos y procesos de flujo de trabajo que apoyen el cumplimiento.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los departamentos de compras, logística y planeación, así como con los agentes de aduanas y transitarios, para garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa.
- Llevar a cabo revisiones de la Lista de Aranceles Armonizados de EE.UU. y mantener una base de datos de clasificaciones.
- Se requiere experiência demostrada en el cumplimiento de normas de importación y exportación.
- Conocimientos especializados de las clasificaciones de productos, valoración y el entorno comercial necesarios.
- Capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente con la alta dirección y todos los níveles de operaciones.
- Priorizar eficazmente y gestionar los plazos.

Experiência y requisitos
- Sexo indistinto
- Carrera universitaria enfocada a Comercio Exterior/ Negocios Internacionales/ Logistica
- 3 años de experiência comprobable en Import/Export
- Ingles al menos un 80%
- Sin problema para trasladarse al parque Ind. El Bajío (Entrada de Tecate)
