Execute and administrate the implementation of CEMEX International Mobility Policy and procedures to ensure attractive international programs, cost effective, in compliance with local regulations and properly implemented that enhance the exceptional experience for our relocating employees.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Constantly manage and update the International Mobility Policy (long
- and short-term assignments, local to local, due diligence, PMI) guaranteeing to be aligned with market practices.
- Prepare international economic proposal and design mobility package according to international mobility policy.
- Conducts expatriate briefing sessions to review allowances and benefits of the program as other specific details involving Host and Home HR to guarantee a smooth transition and maintaining a focus on employee well-being.
- Calculate each semester Lump Sum Bonus and ensure Expatriate records are processed to his/her payroll in a timely manner.
- Annual allowance reviews such as cost of living, hardship, housing, and education to maintain the security and stability of our executives in his/her new location.
- Review local and global benefits and provide recommendations according to global benchmarks.
- Support OHR monthly and annual Budget process.
- Daily activities include the constant update of information and databases in the system, continuous communication with expatriates, communication with the mobility department and follow-up of invoices.

**Position Challenges**:

- Supports the communication and adoption of the International Mobility Policy at a regional level to ensure consistency across regions.
- Ensure all assignees and HRs follow the International Mobility Short/Long term, Local to local policies.
- Global coordination between HR areas to transfer executives considering when and where the organization requires them to operate.
- Managing difficult conversations making sure international assignees are aware of the expectations and benefits they are entitled to during their assignment.
- Ensure that both the executive and the company comply with immigration and tax regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Language Proficiency: Spanish 100% Written and Spoken; English 100% Written and Spoken.
- Academic Background: bachelor's degree in administration, Finance or Business related (desirable). Master's degree (desirable).
- 3-5+ years of experience in administrative, finance or engineering duties. Human Resources and/or Compensation experience (desirable).
- Technical Skills: Research Ability; Wide knowledge of HR network (desirable); Model creation for International Mobility indicators, Immigration background information (work permits, visas, etc.); Microsoft Office (advanced use of excel required); Power BI (desirable).
- Soft Skills: Ability to understand global impact of any decision; ability to manage difficult conversations and negotiations, efficient teamwork, and communication skills. High level communication skills working with multidisciplinary teams and at all organization levels.
