**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Participate in Continuous Improvement & Methodologies for waste reduction.
- Analyze line balancing
- You will participate in the management of the design of the production plant.
- Bombardier Operational Excellence will participate.
- Participate in the Manufacturing Execution System.
- Support data management, programming and data analysis.
- Support the Project and Portfolio Management Support to the Annual Planning Cycle.
- Participate and support production planning in order to minimize production problems and costs, while ensuring that products meet safety, quality, delivery and cost standards.
- Design, develop and maintain manufacturing routes to maximize efficiency and space.
- It is co-responsible for the company to comply with all standards and design guidelines in its facilities and production processes.
- Work in a support role as needed on projects of medium complexity that add value to the organization.

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have 1 to 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and manufacturing processes.
- You have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or a similar field.
- You have intermediate English proficiency.
- You have experience in lean manufacturing, KAIZEN methodology, and SMED.
