Audiovisual Designer

We're seeking a passionate and skilled Motion Artist/Video Editor to collaborate closely with our Art Director and contribute to the creation of compelling audiovisual content. This role is perfect for a creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys all aspects of video production, from concept to final delivery.

**About the Role**:
As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for:

- **Creative Development**: Conceptualizing and developing innovative ideas for audiovisual projects, including video animations and live-action shoots.
- **Production Management**: Coordinating and executing all phases of video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
- **Filming and Directing**: Operating cameras, lighting, and recording equipment to capture high-quality footage. Directing on-screen talent, ensuring engaging performances.
- **Video Editing and Animation**: Editing videos with a captivating narrative and aesthetic that aligns with our brand identity. Creating and editing animations.
- **Post-Production Expertise**: Overseeing color correction, sound design, and visual effects to ensure a polished final product.
- **Team Collaboration**: Managing and coordinating technical and creative teams during shoots and productions.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensuring all productions meet technical and creative standards.
- **Trend Awareness**: Staying up-to-date with audiovisual trends and emerging production technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a Motion Artist/Visual Designer.
- **Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.**:

- Advanced knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
- Proven ability to direct actors, interviewees, and production teams.
- Strong project management skills, including time, budget, and logistics coordination.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Excellent personal task organization and the ability to multitask on multiple projects.
- Flexible work schedule and willingness to work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different artistic styles.
- Good English level for reading comprehension.
