Phone Agent for US Companies **on site** Guadalajara - **Base Salary 13K - 16K + bonuses**

**Position Overview**

HRPV is seeking a **fully bilingual**/fluent English phone agent representative to join our team of immigration, bankruptcy, criminal, etc. If you are looking for a job that offers you better benefits and Professional development, this is your best opportunity for applying. There is no legal knowledge experience necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Fully Bilingual - Advanced English B2 - C1
- **In Office position** - Live in Guadalajara or near the city.
- At least 1 year of secretarial experience in an office or at a law firm.
- Comfortable working with Office365, Adobe and other computer programs.
- Able to interact with court and clients.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment and can adhere to deadlines.
- Works well with mínimal direct supervision and takes the initiative.
- High School Diploma. (Unfinished degrees are welcome too)

**What we offer**:

- Base salary 13k - 16k free from taxes
- Law Benefits
- Referral Bonus 5k
- Monday to Friday (8 hours shift)
- Full Paid Training
