Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Technology or a minimum of 5+ years of directly related experience with industrial machines, mechanical maintenance, assemblies, field procedures and field supervision
- Technical field service experience with mechanical, electrical, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics troubleshooting and repair
- 5+ years of related experience with industrial machines, mechanical maintenance, assemblies, field procedures and field supervision
- 5+ years’ experience as a Field Service Engineer/Technician
- Excellent mechanical skills with knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, and electrical theory
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and associated engineering documentation
- Familiarity with CNC, PLCs, and HMIs is a plus
- Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair skills
- Ability to use standard test equipment
- Proficiency in use of precision measuring instruments including electrical metering equipment, multimeters, calipers, gauge pens
- Work with mínimal supervision, independently; with the ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate and work efficiently in a team environment
- Well-developed interpersonal skills. The majority of work is performed in the presence of customers. The ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, is essential
- Excellent leadership skills
