- Deep understanding and analysis of the market and the Company’s KPIs to elaborate strategies and proposing action plans that allow the category and Brand to grow;
- Support in the implementation of the annual Marketing Plan as well as in the short, medium and long-term strategy of the brand, understanding and adapting the marketing initiatives to the target audience and guarantee the execution of product, price, promotion and distribution in the respective business area;
- Monthly tracking analysis and preparation of presentations and reports: Nielsen, Media, Budget, P&L, SI, SO, Demo Ladies, activations;
- Position the brand and develop the category through managing innovations and supporting On and Off Media Campaigns, leading BTL actions and build digital communication and E-Commerce campaigns, as well as tracking and reporting results;
- Support in the development of new products or channels by collaboration in catalogue strategies and e-catalogues;
- In conjunction with MKT Mgr, Manage of the Income Statement of a brand or category in order to seek or maintain profitability supporting financial reports, optimizing investments and managing S&OP & sell out metrics;
- Maintain communication with the global team and ensure that the strategy is applicable to our markets as well as Leading meetings with supplier and partners and represent the brand in internal decision making and multifunctional team meetings;
- Be responsible for arts development and Key Visuals in general (packaging, promotions, mock ups);
- Social Media management, understanding and proposal of new creativity, media or other to drive the growth of the Brand (Business manager, social media grid, Data analytics, Global approval flow);
- In conjunction with MKT Mgr Media briefs to Media agency;
- Participate in any project linked to the Business;
- Instore execution across Self service stores. (Demo ladies & activations);
- Leading the area's apprentice in the most operational and procedural brand activities.

Qualificações
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Administrative areas;
- Fluent English;
- Analytical Skills and Marketing Analytics expertise;
- Strong Communication skills;
- Sales analysis experience;
- Proficiency in data analysis tools;
- Ability to interpret and present complex data;
- +3 yrs Experience in the consumer goods industry.
