**Requisitos**:

- Cursos Previos: SAP MM, PP & SD.
- Gestión de MMOG/LE.
- Core tools (Deseable)
- Portales de clientes
- Planes de Contingencia
- AMEF
- Dominio de procesos de MP&L
- Administrar información de EDI

**Actividades**:

- Gestion de la integración de demanda de todos los clientes de forma diaria de Ranes y 862.
- Gestion de la integración de demanda de todos los clientes de forma semanal los releases 830.
- Gestión de acumulados de forma continua.
- Preparar Forecast de forma semanal.
- Preparar Análisis de capacidades con frecuencia semanal y mensual utilizando información de forecast.
- Preparar análisis de capacidades del formato corporativo con información de Forecast, M-Schedule y StratPlan.
- Preparar Plan de producción semanal (MPS)
- Coordinar reunión de MPS semanal.
- Mantener y actualizar información de master data de file de forecast, capacidades y MPS.
- Coordinar a los Planeadores de Inyección, Pintura, Partes de Servicio y Partes JIT.
- Asesorar a los planeadores de producción y planeadores y seguidores de abastecimientos.
- Contacto directo con el cliente en los siguientes temas: Gestión de demanda, Gestión de acumulados, Gestión de Inventarios record Balance, Cambios de ingeniería en la sección de materiales, Obsolescencia, Build Outs, SORP, Calendario de operaciones, Gestión de Portales (Covisint, MGO, BKM, SBM, TOMS, GSP, etc,).
- Atender inventarios y supervisar a sus colaboradores del análisis de partes compradas y ajuste de inventario.
- Dominio de las transacciones de SAP para flujos de Plannin, Inbound y Outbound (ver matriz de transacciones de SAP).
- Participación en los programas de mejora continua (Ideas, TAO, OCR’s, 5’s, TPM, etc.)
- Generación e implementación de ideas de productividad
- Key User de “Production Planning” o “KU de EDI”, Back Up de Key User de “Out Bound” dentro del SCOOP Team, asegurando todas las actividades necesarias para el cumplimiento de los indicadores establecidos, además de estar apegado a la descripción de puesto de Key user´s desplegada por la división.
