Are you ready to support financial operations at Kellanova? Join our Finance team as Accounting Analyst, where you’ll be responsible for ensuring monthly accounting close, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.. This is an onsite position in Querétaro, México.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
**Monthly accounting close**: Execute accounting and financial activities related to monthly closing, including financial analysis, report preparation, and journal entries posting.
**Balance sheet reconciliation**: Perform high-level and detailed reconciliation of outstanding items in the Balance Sheet to ensure accuracy and compliance.
**Financial systems management**: Utilize SAP, Anaplan, and BPC to execute corporate accounting close processes and maintain financial data integrity.
**External audit control**: Assist in coordination, reporting, and consolidation of audit-related information. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required data.
**Process improvement**: Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation of daily accounting tasks to enhance efficiency and accuracy
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
2 years of experience in similar positions (accounting analyst, assistant or similar position).
English medium-high proficiency written and spoken.
Ability to engage with internal customers and team members.
Strong Exceln skills.
