- The position will be based in Mexico City.

**The Position**
As a Clinical Operations Senior Head, you will report to the Clinical, Medical, Regulatory and Affairs & Pharmacovigilance Director for Mexico, you will lead, manage and align Trial Operations according to International Operations, LATAM strategies and needs. Drive Clinical operations performance, ensuring deliverables are achieved with high quality and time and cost effectiveness and in compliance with international standards GCP ICH, Novo Nordisk procedures, policies and local requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**- Lead and manage CDC trial operations.- Stake Holder Management and Line management.- Drive CDC operational efficiency.- Ensure Compliance with NN Way and BE.- Other responsibilities and duties which may be required depending on the CDC priorities.

**Qualifications**- Pharmacobiological Chemist, Pharmaceutical Engineer, Biologist, Physician or similar related to health science.- At least 8 years of experience in clinical and people management.- Clinical Research experience.- Cross-functional visibility of Novo Nordisk (clinical supplies, finance, processes, procedure for clinical research, quality, etc)- Strong technical leadership.- Communication skills, assertive communication.- Strategic planning.- Accountability.
