**What will you do?**

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of workers to ensure that goods are moved, handled, and stored safely, correctly, and in accordance with established schedules and inventory lists.

**How will you do it?**
- Oversee the workflow of materials handling operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and inventory management practices.
- Train and guide team members in best practices for materials movement, storage, and handling.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the planning of material requirements to support production schedules.
- Conduct regular assessments of materials processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate flow of materials throughout the facility.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, team performance, and operational efficiencies for management review.

**What are we looking for?**
- A university degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a 2-year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in material handling operations.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with team members and other departments.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and knowledge of materials handling processes.
