***PLASTIC MOLDING PRODUCTION MANAGER.**

**Requirements (They are all strictly mandatory)**:

- Engineering degree completed; master is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar position minimum 5 years.
- English language at a conversational level.
- Experience in using the BPCS system
- Comprehensive and verifiable experience in plastic molding processes **required**.
- Experience in maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Experience in Automotive process.
- Wide schedule availability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Comply with 100% of the production plan
- Ensures compliance with Company Policies.
- Manage the maintenance of adequate personnel to comply with Production plans and programs.
- Ensures that the parameters of the injection molding processes are adequate for the correct molding of parts.
- Have the molds ready for production according to the program.
- Complies with the proper use and conservation of production areas
- Ensure compliance with monthly sales goals.
- Respond in a timely manner to information requirements from the client.
- Keeps critical molding equipment spare parts available
- Responsible for the detection of training and development
- Responsible for maintaining an area based on the 6S's.
- Ensures compliance with safety and environmental rules in your work area.
- Actively participates to reduce levels of staff turnover and staff absenteeism.
- Timely and up-to-date completion and monitoring of KPI's.
