TE's Talent Management team is responsible for building the capability of the organization to be high performing and able to adapt, including change management, culture transformation and overall employee performance. They are responsible for TE's training and development strategy, ensuring skills and capabilities of employees meet the organization's current and future needs. They develop, implement and evaluate training activities to meet TE's competitive position requirements, and are responsible for mentoring and training programs to establish a diverse and inclusive culture.

**Requerimientos**
- 3 años en puesto similar
- Ingeniería industrial, gestión empresarial, Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, psicología o carrera afín
- Inglés Intermedio/Avanzado.
- Administración de sistemas de capacitación
- Certificaciones: Desarrollo Organizacional Deseable
- Certificaciones: IPC y Formación de instructores como plus
- Métodos y técnicas de entrenamiento
- Experiência en auditorias como ISO
- Experiência en la creación y desarrollo de planes de entrenamiento
- Experiência en la creación y desarrollo de puestos
**Responsabilidades**
- Identificar necesidades de capacitación.
- Recepción y seguimiento de requerimientos de entrenamiento.
- Revisión, seguimiento y coordinación de planes y programas de entrenamiento.
- Generación y mantenimiento de registros de entrenamiento.
- Revisión y seguimiento de que las actividades de entrenamiento se lleven a cabo de acuerdo con el sistema de
calidad.
- Implementación y seguimiento a Entrenamiento en Línea.
- Impartición de cursos.
- Comunicación y gestión interdepartamental
- Participación en juntas de arranque
- Establecimiento de programas de entrenamiento según necesidades detectadas.
- Trabajar en conjunto para preparación de Preonboarding, onboarding, postonboarding
- Actualización del programa de entrenamiento según se vaya requiriendo.
- Elaboración, y revisión y distribución de reportes como: horas de entrenamiento, entrenamiento en línea, asistencia,
causas de inasistencia, evaluaciones de entrenamiento, etc.
- Revisión y actualización del Reporte DNC.
- Establecimiento y seguimiento de metas departamentales: horas de entrenamiento, etc.
- Coordinación de entrenamiento para certificación y recertificación en operaciones críticas.
- Juntas con el personal
- Logística de cursos
- Juntas interdepartamentales
- Participación en promociones internas (logística).
- Entrega de Lista de Constancias de habilidades ante Secretaría de trabajo
- Registro de programa de entrenamiento ante Secretaría de Trabajo.
- Asignación de claves a eventos de Entrenamiento Nuevos.

Required travel: 10%-25%
