Join Capgemini Engineering as a Scrum Master and help high-performing teams deliver impactful software. We’re looking for a collaborative, proactive facilitator who fosters continuous improvement and clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
**YOUR ROLE**:
- **Lead Scrum events**: lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, refinements and retrospectives.
- **Manage backlog and priorities**: work with Product Owner to write, refine and prioritize user stories in Azure DevOps.
- **Remove impediments and support the team**: unblock work, surface risks and ensure smooth delivery.
- **Track progress and report**: monitor sprint velocity, estimate effort, manage team capacity and present concise management updates.
- **Promote continuous improvement**: drive process enhancements and foster a collaborative, T-shaped team culture.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- **Proven Scrum/Agile experience**in a software development environment.
- **Strong backlog management**: skilled at writing clear user stories and managing PBIs in Azure DevOps.
- **Excellent communication** in English; Spanish is a plus.
- **Solid understanding of Scrum principles** and PI planning experience.
- **Facilitation and stakeholder management**: able to bridge technical and non-technical conversations effectively.
**_ Nice to have_**
- **Certifications**: Certified ScrumMaster, Agile or PMP-related certification.
- Interest in AI or data-related domains.
