tooling/equipment installation tryouts, certification tests

AM&PM calendar, spare part list, LCC, X matrix, etc)

Other Functions
STRATEGIC

1. Create Specification Package considering Process and Product Standards, GD&T, government regulations,
cycle time of the process, establishing all the KPI´s and deliverables based on FCA standards.

2. Establish SMART KPI´s and KAI´s. To implement new assembly processes, machinery and equipment for
manufacturing code1 and others assigned projects.

3. Plan and coordinate interaction with the productive area for the introduction of new machinery and
equipment in new or existing facilities for the manufacture of vehicles designated to Mexico Plants.

4. Create Cross functional team since the program approval until successful launch of the project. Including all

**areas**: supplier award, purchasing, production, maintenance, Quality, CoC, environmental, WCM/WCT and WSP
leaders.

5. Development and approval of definitive layouts, program issuance and control plans, and corporate standard
equipment accessories.

6. Supplier technical evaluation for purchase sourcing procedure to select the supplier desire based on the
technical proposals for Tooling and Machinery Manufacturing.

7. Creation, issuance and follow-up of Indirect Source Package and Purchase Requisitions to procure new
machinery, tooling or facilities as product and process requires.

8. Ensure that the VPE quality assurance system is established, documented, implemented and maintained
according to the requirements of the quality and environmental manufacture assurance system.

9. Consider and assure the compliance of the Government Policies and regulations as part of the
tooling/Facilities.

10. WCM/WCT/WSP deliverables development with the WPI Cross functional team for Tooling / Facilities
development.

11. Project management since the program approval phase until successful launch identifying the resources
needed in each step for success vehicle vertical Launch based in the WCT/WSP PM Pillar.

12. Create layout for tooling and equipment implementation at GA areas.

13. Feasibility studies Development to identify and fix the issue since the product design
phase avoiding impact to the production line based on DFA, Value Engineering, PFMEA´s
and Digital Scroll Review of the EPM pillar.

14. Maintain actual ISO certifications. Contributing and managing projects based on Quality and environmental
policies.

15. EPM Early product management - design for assembly / make match with process design (tooling &
machinery concept design )

16. Assurance of FCA goals according to safety, quality and environmental requirement at schedule time and
without extra cost.

17. Manage, Develop and update Manufacturing Process and Product Standards and check standards

18. Tracking of Program supervising and control the overall status of projects with particular focus on timing and
risks meeting al KPI and KAIs posted in the Blue Room

19. Innovation development on current facilities, process or new machinery, equipment or tools that improve the
corporate indicators.

20. Improve ergonomics, safety, quality and c
