Our company seeks a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in Latin America. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects assigned to you. You will ensure that the projects are completed promptly, within budget, and with high-quality results.

The Project Manager will fully integrate into the team and understand their responsibilities as the go-to person for the project. As a Project Manager with AWS Cloud experience, Ad Tech Experience, Agile Methodology, and Backend Web Services experience, we expect you to come prepared to hit the ground running by contributing to the project's technical planning and providing insights on how to improve processes, deliverables, and project schedule. We expect you will manage cross-functional project teams, coordinate and delegate work assignments, and collaborate with third-party vendors and clients.

**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Manage project scope and ensure that requirements are clearly defined and understood by the team
- Communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
- Lead agile ceremonies and ensure that team members are following agile principles and practices
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that technical requirements are met
- Ensure high-quality project deliverables by leveraging industry best practices
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage contracts
- Continuously monitor project performance and implement process improvements as needed.

**What You Have**:

- Demonstrated experience with AWS and its services
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and implementation, including high availability and disaster recovery
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch and ELK stack
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance frameworks such as PII.
- Experience in the ad tech industry, including ad networks, demand-side platforms, and supply-side platforms
- Understanding of ad-serving technologies
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB) platforms
- Deep knowledge of agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience leading teams and facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage team workload in an agile environment
- Familiarity with agile project management tools such as JIRA and Trello.
- Experience with backend web development using languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java
- Deep understanding of web service technologies such as SOAP and REST
- Experience with web frameworks such as Flask, Express, or Spring
- Solid understanding of database technologies such as MySQL, Postgres, or MongoDB
