**Requeriments**:

- Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience
- Previous Commodity/Category Management/Strategic Sourcing Experience considered an advantage
- Experience within a Multi-Location Manufacturing / Assembly plant environment around the world
- 5 years in the Automotive Industry
- 5 years SAP experience
- Comprehensive Understanding of Project Management Tools
- APICS CPIM Certification a plus
- Strong Knowledge, Procurement Processes
- Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills necessary to converse with diverse group of stakeholders including senior management, operations and Supply Chain Management personnel.

**Responsabilities**:

- Is the first line Purchasing interface to all Plant requirements for the Ridgeway & Escobedo Sites.
- Supports the implementation of sourcing strategies, potential supplier development, and cost reduction projects leaded by Procurement Mgmt.
- Create and maintain a catalog of MRO / PPE / KIOSK and other frequently required materials.
- Strong Team focus, while demonstrating the ability to operate independently.
- Review Operational requisitions for accuracy.
- Approves material requisitions and initiates purchase orders aligned with Commodity Buyer Strategy.
- Coordinate MRO and direct purchasing Operational activities to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing and receipt of materials to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist finance dept. as needed with price discrepancies and or invoice discrepancies aligned with Commodity Buyer information.
- Participate/assist in plant inventory activities as needed.
- Follow and support all Procurement procedures and guidelines.
- Order Processing for Indirect and Direct Purchasing aligned with Commodity Buyer Strategy.
- Train Associates on how to create requisitions
- MRO/Direct Material Order processing/Requisitions Prototypes/Pre-Series
- Plant Oriented
- Chargeback negotiations / Complain Mgmt*
- Tracking Supplier Performance
- ECN Tracking
