**About Us**:
Prosper Capital is a **real estate investment and property management company**with a focus on long-term multifamily investments and short-term rentals. We are looking for a creative and strategic marketing and copywriting expert to join our team and help us elevate our brand, content, and engagement across digital channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute automated campaigns in GoHighLevel based on customer actions.
- Manage and grow our brand presence on social media platforms using Canva and AI writing tools.
- Research industry-related topics and create high-quality content for real estate investment, property management, and short-term rentals.
- Maintain seamless lead management in GoHighLevel to nurture and convert prospects.
- Write copy that resonates with audiences, leveraging psychology, storytelling, and brand voice.
- Analyze marketing performance and provide AI-powered insights for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in marketing, copywriting, and digital content creation.
- Strong proficiency in Meta Business Suite, GoHighLevel, Canva, and AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude AI, etc.).
- Ability to craft engaging, persuasive, and high-converting copy.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or short-term rental marketing is a plus.
- Strong research skills and ability to stay updated on industry trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
