**About us**:
We are a rapidly expanding marketing and lead generation agency headquartered in Miami, FL. Our mission is to facilitate the accelerated growth of local businesses by providing them with exclusive, high-quality leads that are carefully targeted to their unique needs. Moreover, we offer assistance with automations, CRM, sales, and marketing funnels to optimize our clients' success.

Work Schedule - Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (1-hour lunch and breaks)

Holidays: USA Federal Holidays

Paid Days off: 5 per year

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage internal projects and ensure timely delivery
- Help with the onboarding of new customers
- Work with the team to ensure the timely completion of tasks
- Use GHL CRM to manage leads and customer data
- Review websites, read content and make sure it’s ready to go live
- Help create procedures to improve efficiency
- Assist with day-to-day responsibilities
- Maintain effective communication with the team and clients
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of technology
- Strong QA abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Previous experience in project management or as a virtual assistant is a plus

Compensation:
Monthly: $700

Bonuses: Will be available in the future

Pay: $32,798.59 per month
