**Join Our Team as an Internal Sales Associate (ISA)**

At Astute, we're your gateway to a world of sales, purchasing, and operations. As an ISA, you'll be integral to our success, playing a key role in our supply chain services, franchise distribution, and inventory solutions.

**What You'll Do**:

- Accurate data entry
- Order management
- Internal department liaison
- Data analysis for actionable insights
- Sales and procurement support

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic support to stakeholders
- Be a system expert and mentor
- Maximize profits and deliver value-added solutions
- Efficiently source products, negotiate, and procure
- Manage supplier relationships
- Ensure top-tier customer service
- Develop key account strategies

**Requirements**:

- Tech-savvy and adaptable
- Collaborative with a sense of urgency
- Detail-oriented and quick learner
- Customer-focused and proactive

**Education and/or Experience**:

- High school degree or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
