What will you do?
- Lead and implement the following pillars for all SIEMENS Suppliers. Quality culture, continues improvement, Technologies Innovations & Environmental Sustainability.
- Sourcing Process
- Involvement in Supplier selection
- Execute SQM-Check (Quality Minimum Requirement for R4B)
- Organize Technical Review
- Audit supplier (pre-assess or full audit)
- Support Quality Assurance Agreement (QAA) negotiation.
- Supplier technical qualification and development.
- Support evaluation of APQP light questionnaire: Quality Risk Assessment
- Support execution of APQP light measure list: SQM measures
- Coordinate closing of APQP light measure list.
- Material qualification and production release
- Support technical release (First Article Inspection)
- Secure serial production release (PPAP)
- Supplier Claim Management.
- Send notice of event
- Request and validate 8D report
- Secure identification and verification of technical deviation against Contractual Basis
- Collect, store and secure evidence of deviation
- Support Constitution of claim report.
- Supplier Risk and Performance Management.
- Evaluate supplier risk (SCRM Dashboard)
- Coordinate SQM supplier risk mitigation measures (Audit Program, APQP method).
- Supplier Performance Management.
- Implement measurement method with local quality tool
- Secure connection of measurement with Siemens Supplier
- Performance Quality tool (SQPC)
- Evaluate supplier performance
- Define and implement SQM supplier development measures.

What will you need to succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree on Electrical, Mechatronic, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related field with extensive experience on Quality at Industrial Environment.
- 5 years of experience as minimum working as Supplier Quality Engineer or Supplier Quality Assurance on Industrial or Automotive Business Unit (Experience working Supplier Quality Develop is a plus).
- Advanced Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis Methodologies like Ishikawa Diagram, 5 whys and advanced experience implementing these methodologies on a practical way.
- Advanced knowledge of problem-solving methodologies like 8Ds, A3 and advanced experience implementing these methodologies on a practical way.
- Advanced Knowledge of Mechanical Drawings Interpretation.
- Advanced knowledge of statistics (SPC, Pareto, Histogram, etc.).
- Advanced Knowledge on Core Tools (Certified is a plus)
- Experience working with APQP and PPAP methods.
- Advanced Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard / VDA 6.3 and 6.5 (Certified is a plus).
- Advanced Knowledge managing supplier audits based on ISO or VDA,
- Advanced negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Advanced Leadership Skills.
- Problem solving Solution Mind Set
- Advanced Business English is a must (Able to have all the interview Talking in English).
