We are looking for a talented **Quality Engineer Sr. **to join our team for our site in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Work with a multicultural and multidisciplinary team (product, manufacturing and operations engineering) through contention actions, like root cause analysis, 5 why’s, Ishikawa diagrams or related problem-solving tools in order to lead the next steps to prevent future issues.
- Lead and develop the quality inspectors under his/her charge.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- Intermediate experience as a quality engineer with a major degree on industrial, mechanics, mechatronics, electrics, electronics, electromechanics or related.
- Strong use and appliance of core tools for new projects (AMEF, PPAP, SPC, MSA or APQP).
- Knowledge and appliance with problem solving methods.
- Fluent English to communicate with an intercultural teammates and international clients.
