Team Overview:
Our Business Analysis & DS Team serves as a strategic partner to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize business performance. Combining business acumen, advanced analytics, and technical expertise, we uncover actionable insights, shape strategies, and empower growth across key business domains.

Role Responsibilities:

- Business Analysis for International Food Delivery Operations: Lead commercial analysis with a focus on fulfillment capability building and operational efficiency optimization, delivering actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Deep-Dive Analysis: Independently conduct in-depth thematic analysis, leveraging business expertise and internal/external insights to identify key challenges/opportunities, formulate strategic recommendations, and drive execution.
- Business Performance Analysis: Support weekly and monthly business reviews with performance analysis and strategic insights to facilitate decision-making.
- Industry & Competitive Research: Conduct market and competitor research aligned with business priorities, defining actionable strategies and best practices.
- Data Infrastructure Development: Establish core business metrics, collaborate with Ops, Product, Data Science, Data Warehouse, and Algorithm teams to enhance data infrastructure and enable strategy implementation.

Role Qualifications:

- Full-time bachelor’s degree or above (preferred majors: Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Algorithms, or related fields).
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, internet strategy, or business analysis.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage complex coordination challenges.
- Solid business sense, capable of engaging in daily decision-making, conducting multidimensional analysis, and delivering actionable insights and improvement recommendations.
- Problem-solving skills: Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues in data analysis.
- Proficiency in English as a working language is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills, with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for data processing and analytics.
