**Descripción del puesto**:
Estamos en búsqueda de un Tax Leader altamente calificado para liderar la supervisión fiscal integral. Esta posición es clave para garantizar el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales, desarrollar estrategias fiscales eficientes.

**Responsabilidades principales**:
Supervisar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales (ISR, IVA, PTU, mark-up, etc.)

Definir e implementar estrategias fiscales eficientes alineadas con la operación financiera y legal de la planta.

Coordinar con otras áreas como Plant Controller, FBP y PLT para alinear la estrategia fiscal con la operativa del negocio.

Optimizar procesos fiscales mediante herramientas tecnológicas y sistemas ERP avanzados.

Elaborar reportes contables y fiscales usando CONTPAQ, Microsoft, SAP.

**Requisitos**:
Licenciatura en Contaduría, Finanzas, Fiscal.

Experiência de 4 a 8 años en roles fiscales, preferentemente en entorno de manufactura.

Conocimiento sólido en ISR, IVA, maquila, PTU, mark-up.

Manejo avanzado de CONTPAQi, Hyperion y Microsoft Office.

Experiência en ERP avanzado y mejora continua de procesos fiscales.

Inglés intermedio - avanzado, tanto hablado como escrito (indispensable).

Habilidades de liderazgo y supervisión de equipos.
