Take the technical lead role within a team to design, modify, write and implement test equipment solutions. You will support the development of or the investigation/analysis of issues to root cause and propose the fix, implement changes, and verify & validate the final solution. You will turn requirements into deliverable products. Lab: Be a technical lead / focal on a team that uses test equipment and instrumentation to test product designs. You will work with a cross-functional team and Senior Test Engineer to test products through the development cycle. You will investigate and analyze issues to root cause and propose the fix, and verify & validate the final solution. An opportunity to be engaged in the full product lifecycle, from inception to final product. Hands-on lab work to test, verify and validate that products meet customer requirements and needs. Use your creativity to develop testing concepts for a leading industry.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Lead Requirements creation and trace matrix
- Oversee project Architecture and Concept designs

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- 7+ years of relevant test experience
- Experience leading teams technically, being able to mentor other more junior team members and interact with same-level peers.
- Strong knowledge of firmware test strategies and methodologies
- 7+ years of experience creating scripts for automated testing and system configuration
- 5+ years of programming experience in embedded C/C++ or any other similar language, especially if used for test automation frameworks.
- Experience in using low-pin-count communication buses (I2C or UART or SPI)
- Experience with troubleshooting tools (JTAG, SWD, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
- Experience with developing desktop automated test software
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools
- Proficient in the English language, both oral and written

- Experience with basic desktop GUI software development, with C#
- Experience with ARM Cortex-A and Cortex-M processors MCU is a plus
- Knowledge of wireless communication technologies, such as Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, etc.
- Knowledge of Wireshark packet analyzer
