We are currently seeking a Testing Engineering Specialist to join our team in Ciudad de Mexico, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Automation Tester (Selenium, Java, Mobile Testing)

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Test Automation Development:

- Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
- Implement and manage testing frameworks to optimize testing efforts.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Mobile Application Testing:

- Utilize tools such as Appium or similar frameworks to develop mobile testing strategies.
- Ensure coverage of all testing scenarios specific to mobile UI/UX.
- Test Planning and Execution:

- Analyze requirements and design detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform regression testing and validate fixes provided by the development team.
- Track and report testing results, identifying any defects and ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Interact with cross-functional teams to foster quality in the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in test case reviews, providing feedback and suggestions for improvements.
- Document all test procedures and results in a clear and organized manner.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to automation and mobile testing.
- Propose enhancements to existing testing processes and tools to increase efficiency.
- Mentor junior testers and share knowledge regarding automation best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an automation tester, with at least [2 years] of experience specifically using Selenium with Java.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
