**Overview**:
**Summary and Scope**:
The Digital Strategy Project Manager will have superior organizational and project management skills as they will be expected to manage and prioritize our sales team's tasks and workflow (i.e. responding to RFPs, RFIs, pitches, etc.). In this role, s/he will be working directly with our sales team and will report into the VP of Project Management. This person must possess a service-oriented, positive attitude towards clients and colleagues, coupled with an appreciation of business realities and achieving deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the process of tracking and prioritizing tasks and deliverables across the Digital Strategy team
- Create visibility & transparency into the progress of the project at multiple stakeholder levels on a regular basis
- Drive all aspects of project planning, including timing, resource needs, communication, requirements, and risks
- Manage internal team meetings to discuss status updates, as well as resourcing needs
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through successful execution of projects, adhering to agency process and ensuring on time delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
- Partners with agency Leadership team to plan for short and long term goals
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and improve processes.
- Financial management of large scale projects including tracking hours and project related expenses
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills
- Very detailed oriented to ensure all work is client-ready
- Anticipate stakeholder questions and provide thought out answers/solutions
- Identify and employ lessons learned from previous experience to ensure delivery of each subsequent project is more successful than the last
- Exceptional problem-resolution skills including the ability to think creatively in the development of ideas/solutions that will contribute value in a dynamic, client-centered environment

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years of Project Management experience in a marketing agency environment is required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Exceptional relationship building, presentation, and communication skills
- High competency level in project planning and tracking tools
- Critical thinker
- Extremely ambitious and hardworking
- Results driven and detailed oriented
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
- Experience using Jira, Smartsheet, Google Drive, or other similar tools for workflow and reporting
- Experience working with offshore teams a plus
- PMP certification a plus
