We are looking for a **Property **Maintenance Customer Service **Professional **to join our growing team.

As a **Property** **Maintenance Virtual Assistant Professional**, your role will contribute to the success of the business by providing the utmost customer support and experience to our valued clients.
- Must be knowledgeable or at least familiar with the most common tenant repairs such as active water leaks, No A/C or Heat, Refrigerator not cooling, no hot water, etc.
- You will be the primary point of contact for non-emergency and emergency repair requests
- You will provide virtual support on various items including maintenance and emergency requests
- You will also be working as a virtual receptionist by redirecting various caller types (tenants, applicants, vendors, etc) to the appropriate POC/department depending on the caller's inquiry
- Answer Main Line and Emergency Repair calls

Pay: $14,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Property Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
