Road Breakdown Specialist

**Transportation Coordinator - One Way**
- **Job Summary**:_ Manage, coordinate and communicate with North American professional operators to provide them with support and guidance on any situation that may arise in the way of a load, prioritizing safety and service level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and process messages from operators through calls and the Werner System.
- Solve problems or doubts that operators might have such as: cargo delays, cargo assignment, routes, permits, working hours, payments and required equipment.
- Monitoring loads and identification of delays to notify the Customer Service Department.
- Work with the existing team of transportation coordinators providing service to customers and operators.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation options for operators who have a mechanical failure or in need of support.

**EDUCATION**

Professionals in careers suchs as International Business, International Relations, Logistics or related.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- English Fluency High (B2 High - C1)
- Experience in Transport Operations and Communication with Operators (Desable Customer Service experience)
- Customer service oriented, dynamism and problem solving.Remote position

- Schedule: Monday to Friday 12:00-22:00 hrs / 13:00-23:00 hrs

**Salary**: $26,000.00 - $31,000.00 per month
