En _Density Labs_ estamos buscando talento para unirse a nuestro equipo como _Network Engineer_.

**Perfil**:

- 5 años de experiência con tecnología y productos de firewall y SDWAN, incluyendo Fortinet, Meraki y VeloCloud.
- 5 años de experiência con productos y tecnologías de redes, incluyendo conmutación, direccionamiento IP, subredes, VLAN, enrutamiento estático y dinámico con OSPF, EIGRP, eBGP, iBGP, túneles y VPN utilizando Fortinet, Meraki y Velocloud.
- 5 años de experiência en experiência básica de redes con Cisco y Juniper.
- 5 años de experiência con tecnología y productos de voz de proveedores, incluyendo DID, PRI, SIP, MGCP, SS7 y BroadSoft.
- Certificaciones actuales de NSE 4 y NSE 5.
- CCNA o CCNP.
- Conocimiento de equipos con productos que incluyen Cisco, Juniper, Adtran, Meraki, VeloCloud y Edgemarc.
- Experiência con tecnología de voz como SIP, VoIP y Broadworks.
- Inglés avanzado.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Trabajar en colaboración dentro de un equipo de operaciones de clientes de Nível 3 para brindar soporte a una variedad de servicios y equipos SDWAN, incluyendo voz y datos a través de múltiples tipos de conexiones, como internet directo, circuitos gestionados, LTE y MPLS.
- Proporcionar identificación de problemas, resolución y informes posteriores a la acción para un continuo entrenamiento cruzado y mejora en la respuesta a incidentes.
- Ayudar al equipo de arquitectura de soluciones con pruebas de hardware y software para nuevas versiones de software, productos, procesos y documentación.
- Capacitar y apoyar a ingenieros, técnicos y personal de soporte de productos de níveles inferiores en incidentes escalados.
- Crear artículos de documentación (base de conocimientos) que respalden el aprendizaje continuo y la resolución de problemas.
