As a **Bilingual Virtual Sales Director**, you’ll manage a remote sales team, develop sales strategies, and lead initiatives that drive growth. Your role is key in optimizing team performance, fostering accountability, and building a positive, productive work environment. If you're a bilingual sales expert with leadership experience, we want you to bring your expertise to our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a remote sales team to exceed performance goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market share.
- Analyze sales performance and KPIs to identify areas of improvement.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives to enhance their performance and career growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align on company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the management of CRM systems and ensure data integrity.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in B2B and B2C sales processes, including strategic planning and consultative selling.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to refine strategies and drive decisions.
- Self-driven with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
