Sonova Mexico is seeking a Warehouse Manager who engages in all aspects of Supply Chain, logistics, materials master data, planning, and fulfillment. This professional is also responsible for assisting in optimizing the Supply Chain and inventory levels across Mexicali Site with a close collaboration with other Sonova's sites, enhancing processes and technology in order to optimize the cost, maximizing customer satisfaction, and enhancing the value added services. Key Responsibilities & tasks: -Responsible for determining and evaluating strategies including, receiving, inventory storage, materials management and deliveries.. -Minimize inventory levels and obsolete inventory costs -Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services -Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements -Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency -Collaborating with other managers to determine supply needs -Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs -Identify and implement cost reduction, process improvements, and customer satisfaction improvement initiatives -Continually investigates and deploys new technologies and processes in order to improve our supply chain capabilities -Active participation and leadership in forecasting and planning for product launches and phase outs -Provides system expertise and owns data integrity in our systems (SAP, WMS, etc.) -Provides leadership, mentoring, training and formal performance review feedback to direct reports -Other responsibilities as requested by Management

Experiência y requisitos

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Warehouse or Supply Chain -Strong analytical skills -Strong independent thinker with excellent organizational and planning skills Excellent communication skills and able to lead cross-functional teams Effective Communication -Exceptional MRP knowledge -Solid understanding of working in a global corporate structure Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel SAP experience preferred Desirable: Master Degree, Lean Manufacturing Certification
