**Human Resources Manager - Genesis Management**

We’re looking for a dynamic, people-centric Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions at our CDMX location. If you're passionate about employee relations, compliance, and workforce engagement, this could be your next career move.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, resolving work-related issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company objectives.
- Provide strategic advice to managers on HR policies, making recommendations for workplace improvements.
- Administer compensation, benefits, performance management systems, and safety programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing.
- Design and implement employee training programs and manage comprehensive onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improving employee retention and engagement.
- Manage and maintain personnel records, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, interpreting policies and resolving concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business required.
- 4-6 years as an HR Manager or similar role, with strong knowledge of labor legislation.
- Ability to handle employee relations and solve complex workplace issues.
- Expertise in payroll, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in recruiting and developing talent, with a track record of successful hiring decisions.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month
