**The Role**:
**What you will do**:

- Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality delivery of projects and initiatives
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions to meet their needs
- Implement and configure Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Develop and maintain Salesforce governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
- Support development and testing of new features
- Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, including objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules
- Design and implement workflows, approval processes, and triggers to automate business processes
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems, such as marketing automation and CRM tools

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent written and oral communication and cross-organizational skills

- Able to work well in a team environment and building strong partnerships across different groups
- Proficient with SQL and APEX
- Experience with integrating Salesforce with 3rd party solutions
- Proficient in architecting Salesforce Solution

**Nice to have Skills**:

- Experience with CSS, JS
- Experience with the deployment pipeline

**Education & Certifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant years of work experience
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, are highly desirable
