**Objectives of the position**:

- Responsible for quality assurance in all site processes
- Ensure product delivery to the customer with zero defects
- Creation and updating of quality control plan, taking into account the product, the production process, the size of the samples; frequency; the tests to be carried out; Specifications and acceptance limits
- Responsible for monitoring and communicating quality KPIs
- Plan and Organize the implementation of the Quality Management program
- Direct communication and provide the required support for customer requirements
- Manage internal and external complaints to ensure effective corrective actions are implemented

**Requirements and skills**:

- College degree or above, Industrial or Electrical Engineer. At least 3 years or above
- Essential conversational English
- Handling of measuring instruments
- Knowledge for measurement of quality control specifications.
- Core tools
- Knowledge of SMT and THT processes
- Troubleshooting Tools (8Ds, A3, PDCA. Kaizen, RedX, etc.),
- Internal/systematic audits
- Have good organizational communication and coordination skills, and have certain data processing and analysis capabilities.

- Monthly salary from $25,000 to $30,000 MXN
