**Talent Executive (**Talent Management)**

**Requirements**:
+2 years of experience in talent management agency, Influencer Marketing.

Level of English (C1 - Advanced)

Strategic thinking, creativity to establish good relationships with Influencers.

Knowledge in digital and content marketing.

Knowledge in the different categories of Influencers (such as celebrities, public figures, celebrities of social networks and journalists).

Management of luxury, consumer and training industry accounts.

**Activities**

Negotiation with Influencers.

Preparation of quotes and negotiation with brands of all kinds: Consumer, Luxury, Beauty.

Monitoring and reporting of the campaigns you have with the influencers.

Elaboration and monitoring of metrics and report with client.

Attention to the talent of the agency and follow-up in individual projects of the career of each talent.
