**Job Description**:
- Trade Marketing expert and ambassador for internal and external stakeholders
- Full knowledge and understanding of creative assets / retail style guides / brand guidelines and it’s correct execution
- Responsible for all trade marketing materials and activation approvals (retail / licensees).
- Execution / Operation of retail programs:
- Planning, budgeting, production and implementation of all retail activities and execution logistics
- Creation and development of materials (via agency)
- Fluent communication with retail accounts
- Purchase information / bookings
- Overall project management / supervision
- Collaboration with the category teams (Fashion & Living, Toys and Food Beauty & Care) to support product lines and licensees
- Management of all point of sales materials (budget, logistics, distribution, execution)
- Coordination and management of 3rd party agencies (design, activation, POP material)
- Control, management and correct execution of the retail / trade marketing budget. Focused on maximize the ROI. Own quarterly direct costs reviews with the finance team
- Vendor management process (new vendors set up, POs, payments)
- POS Data (gather of information, analysis and report)
- Develop close relationships with buyers / marketing teams
- Follow up and coach licensing agents across Latin America in all retail marketing initiatives (ideas, concepts and retail marketing materials)
- Internal cross functional work with Franchise Marketing to elevate the consumer experience
- Storecheck reports / Competition and best practices analysis (benckmarks)
- Support retail meetings - Sales pitches
**Qualifications**:

- 5 + years of experience in Retail / Trade Marketing (FMCG, Entertainment, Licensing)
- Strong knowledge of the retail environment
- Well-structured and excellent organization skills
