The **New Product Launch Manager **is responsible of coordination of all project relevant launch activities between plants and business unit core team as well as customer communication. His/Her main responsibilities are: - Planning and monitoring of production line including performance, capacity and implementation of process optimizations in collaboration with plants; - Manage internal project reviews and launch status reporting to ensure progress is according to project plan (cost, timing, quality); - Ensure that all product launch relevant documents are according to TS 16949 for customer and internal audits - Responsible of tracking of feasibility studies to ensure robust manufacturing processes according to design for six sigma and ensure the fulfillment of customer and internal requirements; - Support engineering department to find best design for manufacturing concepts considering invest planning, production times, production cost and product quality; - Responsible of the implementation of workshops for Design for Manufacturing and Lean Design; - Responsible of planning of equipment, incl. Procurement and investment spending to ensure ramp-up; - Support quoting process with manufacturing concept and cost planning. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (engineering / sciences); - Experience in product launch in automotive area; - Advanced knowledge of Lean Production principles and methods; - Proficient English skills - written and spoken is mandatory; - Good communication, problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills; - Ability to work with international teams; - Experience in assembly/testing or SMT technology; - Motivation to travel for business.
