**What will you do?**Manage the manufacturing operations for a medium-sized organization plant. Plan, organize, and direct the manufacturing operation to ensure the most effective return on assets and achievement of production schedules and overall business objectives. Directly manage production and plant support personnel.**How will you do it?**
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production processes and enhance productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead and mentor plant personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to control costs and maximize profitability.
- Prepare and present reports on plant performance, production metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
**What are we looking for?**
- A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing management, with a proven track record of leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive operational improvements.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in manufacturing management software and tools to track performance and operational metrics.
