Fuel Requirements: Get Fuel Releases needed for our customers and coordinate the operation at each of the 66

Mexican airports and 6 FBO’s in an efficient manner.

Dispatch: Create Adhoc SO’s, ATF SO´s and QUOTES required by the sales department and Billing Area for

billing purposes. Handle any urgent supply requests from our customers. Also, participate in the Guard Role

outside the normal work schedule (i.e. nights and weekends). When possible sell fuel to new customers,

generating new business for the company.

Expediting: Expedite the fuel ticket for each fueling and maintain a detailed log of each flight providing BSA or SO

Additional Prices. Provide support on the clarification of transactions charged by our suppliers which do not

belong to WFS; generate ATF SO´s for fuel card customers. Maintain tight communication with Airports and

expedite information.

Application and calculation of SENEAM payments: Assign the rates that are applicable for payment and charge

the SENEAM Fee based on aircraft’s wingspan. This information is included in the documentation provided to the

Billing Area. Then, generate a SENEAM report each 10 days for reconciliation and final payment.

Fuel Cards: Elaborate and collaborate in the management of fuel cards issued by WFS Mexico requested by the

sales

Department with previous authorization from the credit department and send them to the customers. In the same

way, keep updated valid cards list that the Corporation issues.

Maintenance and Collaboration with the Contract Admin:
Update and setup relationships between tail numbers and customers in order to bill correctly. Maintain

communication with the Contract Admin in regards to important changes in the customer operation, in order to

update the unbilled exposure report.
