YOUR ROLE

You will oversee and improve quality fundamentals, strive for standardization and champion both quality and continuous improvement culture across the operation. We are looking for someone who is a quality ambassador of the company that will interact directly with clients on quality, processes, and systems related matters. You love to develop and maintain quality related KPIs and a system of quality assurance & security programs compliance through document control and procedures according to ISO / CTPAT / OEA standards and review of quality inspection functions
- Utilize problem solving skills to lead cross functional teams in the effort to identify and eliminate true root causes leading to customer complaints at the 3rd Party Logistics Warehouse.
- Develop, maintain, and control quality KPIs
- Engage and interact on a cross-functional level across the facility to deploy quality improvement strategies and initiatives.
- Lead designated projects as a member of the site leadership team to deliver standards, processes, tools, and systems.
- Extensive data analysis and preparation of quality control reports to Management.
- Lead quality management reviews and periodic internal and external audits, derive recommendations and drive change from them.
- Maintain an ISO 9001 based quality & Security management system (CTPAT -OEA) across the entire facility.
- Monitor, identify and correct non-conformity to internal quality / security standards.
- Conduct investigations and initiate corrective actions to resolve quality & security issues.

YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree within a relevant Science discipline
- Knowledge and experience with ISO/OEA/CTPAT standards
- 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience leading teams and working with customers
- Experience in troubleshooting difficult problems in a warehouse / logistics environment
- Excellent project management and organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ERP proficiency preferable

**Salary**: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
