We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of RPA Configurator

Principal responsibilities
- Analysing and understanding the business processes in detail where required.
- Designing automated process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions with support from Mentor
- Configuring new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
- Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
- Communicating with software supplier through the team structure on software related issues, suggested improvements and participating with other users in the automation community.
- Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
- Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases

Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases

**Requirements**:
Certification on BluePrism (Developer) is essential

Should have an experience in RPA Blue Prism for at least 1-2 years - delivery of 3-5 projects (overall experience of 3-5 years in other technologies i.e.net, java)

Working in an RPA tool (BluePrism) to design, develop and deploy automations in collaboration with teams as an individual contributor.

Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution to operations by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases

Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs.

Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.

A working knowledge of current business processes and the ability to understand new business processes.

An ability to envisage how an automated solution will work in the wider business environment, to understand its advantages and what its effect will be.

The ability to conceptualize automated solutions and understand the prescribed design architecture.

Solid end user computing skills, for example intermediate spreadsheet user or similar.

.Net developer skills and experience would be advantageous

The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind..

An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.

The potential to ultimately adopt the role of mentor to colleagues who may join the team in the future.

A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.

Experience working on Agile Methodologies

An aptitude for logic and mathematics.

An understanding of formal change control procedures and disciplines.
