**Position Purpose**:

- This position is directly accountable for: Regulatory Compliance, Supplier evaluation, Contract Management, Documentation and Filing and Supplier portal Management: Maintain complete, create accurate records of all suppliers into TIMKEN MEXICO RODAMIENTOS DATA BASE like: ARIBA; SRM, SAP, ITTEC.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business administration, similar career (certificated).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing area.
- Availability to move to the option park, San Jose Iturbide.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Creation of suppliers in ARIBA / ITTEC portal.
- Manage SRM, SAP, procurement t-codes to create and maintain POs for procurement services for the San Jose Iturbide site.
- Contract Management / Contract update / Price Management with inhouse service suppliers for San Jose Iturbide site.
- Canteen
- Medical Service
- Cleaning Services
- Security Services
- Sundry supplies Services
- Maintenance / Facility Services
- Industrial Park
- CFE
- Nitrogen
- Printing machines
- Stationary
- Manage FASTENAL MRO inventory consumption agreement.
- Perform accruals analysis for financial closing month.
- Manage / Provide procurement information to taxation finance department for VAT refund claim for Mexico government every month.
- Manage the leasing contract vehicle fleet.
- Review supplier accounts payments.
